Purchasing from me means you are agreeing to these terms.
Postage
I ship everything out 2nd class Royal mail Tracked, usually within 3-5 working days.
I offer free shipping on orders over £85, not to be used in conjunction with discount codes or automatic discount offers.
You will receive tracking information via email or txt, please check spam folders.
Returns
Emails/messages will be replied to Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm.
Email me within 7 days of receiving your order, replying to your order email is fine, or send to mothermapleuk@gmail.com.
Please include your original order number, date of purchase and reason for return.
Please state how you'd like to be refunded.
Messages on Instagram or Facebook regarding returns will not be responded to.
I prefer to offer store credit or exchanges, cash refunds are absolutely fine.
You will receive details on how to return your item, and then you have 14 days to return it.
Customer pays the return postage and we refund item cost only.
I only accept returns using Royal Mail 24/48 Tracked services, not signed for or any other courier.
Sale items, dyed items, and items on the maple market/sale room sections are non returnable for cash refunds, only store credit. You must have an account to receive store credit. Please read further down for more info.
For clarity, I do offer full cash refunds on items purchased at full price or with discount codes.
I don’t run sales very often, but when I do, they help me cover everyday household costs without needing to set money aside for potential refunds.
SALE items are non returnable FOR CASH REFUNDS, ONLY STORE CREDIT.

Items must be unworn, and as received.
Please allow up to 10 working days after receipt of your return (not after it was posted) to process your request.
Returns will not be accepted after the 14 days. If the items returned back late, or are in an unsatisfactory condition they will be posted back to you.
First order? Remember I am a very small, slow fashion business, try and refrain from buying in bulk to try on.
Please reuse and recycle any packaging to return your order! We try to keep it planet friendly.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to allow returns on earrings.
How Do I Set Up An Account?
To receive store credit, an account is needed.
Use the same email address used to purchase your treasures, a sign in code will be sent to that email.
You can find account access in the drop down menu on the left hand side on mobile, or right hand side on desktop.
I Can't Find My Store Credit?
Once you have access to your account, navigate to your "profile" to see your credit note, when logged in, it will automatically apply at checkout.
