We ship everything out 2nd class Royal mail Tracked, usually within 3-5 working days.
We offer Free shipping on orders over £85, not to be used in conjunction with other discount codes.
You will receive tracking information via email or txt, please check spam folders.
To return an item you must include your original packing slip, add a quick note on the slip stating reason for return.
e.g: "item too small" " faulty fastening".
All tags on garments must be intact.(any stickers, thank you cards are yours to keep)

You are entitled to return an item to us for a refund providing it is unworn, unwashed and as received, please try on your items while wearing no makeup or perfume if possible beauty.
Customer pays the return postage and we refund item cost only, returns must be within 14 days of you receiving the item.

Please allow up to 7 working days after receipt of your return (not after it was posted) to process your request.
If the items returned back late, or are in an unsatisfactory condition they will be posted back to you appropriate action will be taken.
Please reuse and recycle any packaging to return your order! We try to keep it planet friendly.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to allow returns on earrings.
